I picked this up recently but due to a lack of workshop space and time im going to have to sell it. The shell has had a fair bit of welding done (arches, sills, wings, front panel and the floors) its still needs a few bits finishing off but nothing major, it has most of the parts to complete i think its just parts from under the bay that are missing
ive got a complete kit
bottom end and head
full interior in average condtion
split s1 dash but i have a mint plastic 1 from 1.3
pop out rear windows
a mint set of mk3 doors and tailgate (new bonnet on the car all ready
there are also 5 or 6 boxes in the car that i havent realy looked threw
i would say that 90% of it is there
what do you recon is worth ?

Not much tbh, one in that sort of state you may be better off just putting it on ebay etc and seeing what interest you get....it may be just what someone's looking for in which case they may pay good money for it
However, in my experience projects like that end up being such massive moneypits sourcing all the awkward bits and can end up costing much more than buying a half decent one in the first place.
What price have you in mind that you'd be happy to sell it on for?

 

all the little bits are there is just missing things like a turbo, rad, intercooler i think i got another mk3 escort with it so there is probably 2 of alot of things
around Ł700 would do me i think is that overpriced?

 

Doesn't cost much to advertise it mate, as i said give it a go and see how you get on! When something's less than 1k often people will have a punt on it so you might shift it on easier than you thought

 

Imo Ł700 is a very fair price and somebody will probably bite your hand off for that

 

Id say Around Ł500 because there is about a grand on paint and quite a bit of money on other bits Bang it on ebay and see what you can get,Have a look whats in boxes see if you can work out whats missing

Stick it on ebay with no reserve and you will get that easy for it, possibly even more
