Default Turbocharging black top zetec engines

What are the pros and cons for using this engine rather than the older style ? Also im thinking that the focus central pistons would go straight in as its the same engine they got in the states, therefore not having to go out and buy a set of rods to suit fitting them to the older engine ??

might have problems then. i dont know the indepth details but i think the PAS thinks thinks somthings the matter and cuts the engine, because you wont be using the original loom from the car it come from.

there probobly is a way around it but the 'old' zetec engine is good for big BHP anyway, and is reliable.

Wont be having PS on the car at all mate and the loom and ECU will be cossie L6 so shouldnt have any problems like that

Want to use the Black Top as I think it will be simpler to put the focus central pistons in
