Default Best insurers for modified cars and NO NCB?

Have tried Flux (quite impressed) and Sky (couldn't quote without NCB).

Can anyone recommend anyone else?

Ive used the hic in the past, they are a sister company of adrian flux so if u call for a quote dont mention that u've had a quote for them or they wont quote you. I called adrian flux in the past while still with the hic and they beat my renewal, but only because they try harder for new customers imo. Crazy x

Funnily enough I rang HIC second, they asked who else I tried, and weren't interested in quoting when I said Flux. Might try again in a bit.

I just dont tell insurers who else Ive tried now, will tell them my best quote if I feel its a good one. You're under no obligation to give them that info x

Flux own HIC they will not undercut each other and if they realise they have at a later date, they will probably withdraw their rate.
