well chuffed with the service, never made claim in years till now, not my fault got hit up the arse while my car was parked in a car park lucky they left there details,

any way rang more than up told them what happened gave them his details etc etc took about 15 mis on free phone number

next morning main dealer rang to ask me to take it in for a quote which i did.

less than a week later i get the call to say the insurance has given the go a head to fix the car and the parts are in

taking it in on saturday and there should be a new range rover sport waiting for me that i get for a week while my 1995 160,000 mile banger gets fixed

I had no forms to fill in nobody coming to inspect the car just two free phone calls to make couldn't be easier.

nice to know as i have just moved to them! from Quinn Direct aswell... god they were awfull! 2 years to settle a claim!!!

Have used them before, never needed to claim though. Can only tell a good insurance company when you need to make a claim!

 

i tell you more than are the best i regret taking the cheaper qoute now !!!
