any legal exprts here? annualised hours question
annualised hours, the basics for those who don't know, means that you get paid the same amount each month regardless of how long you work
ok, so when you go over these hours you get piad overtime
so what happens in regards to any days unpaid leave you have to take? do these come out of the hours or not?
we get paid the same 1/260th of our annual wage per day we work, but last year there were 261 working days so we'd get paid a day extra yes?
or would they pay 1/261th of the annual wages?
but no one is willing to give an answer so there is the question of a few hours that have gone amiss, the company figures add up if you do the 260 day thing, mine add up if i do the 256 days thing
everything else is sorted wage wise (although there are other thigns that were sorted) but before i kick off again i want to know what's what
so, what's what?
i can't pin down in my contract how they decipher unpaid days in these circumstances
