As above, what kind of power/boost can you run them at before they need uprating?

From the factory the Mk1 FRS was fitted with a GT25 turbo.

For power figures, mods, etc on that turbo you're probably better having a look on the RSOC forum in the Mk1 FRS section as there are loads of threads re that subject on there

No its a mk1 running a hybrid turbo

My car is running 313bhp 387lbft on the standard turbo. It has been live mapped though.

just going on the comp map of the turbo .i rebuild turbo's and have a few here which
all end up in the bin .i change them to a pulsar turbo bigg t28 same size as the gt28 turbo[there about's]just have to make a flange up for the down pipe

would you say there are more running nere 350 bhp than 300 on a standard turbo i was just saying there about's

also get a gt 28 turbine shaft from a 530 bmw and use that in the standard turbo more flow and fitt's

i was just generalising about power but they are unreliable for sure
iwould like to know how much mileage a boost 300bhp standard turbo would do
most rs don't go out in the rain lol

On my graph it was a 26psi peak ramped down to 16.5 @6500rpm.

How hard would it be to fit the turbine shaft? Would it need a turbo specialist to do it?

I know of another FRS running the same boost/power for over 3 1/2 years now with no issues so far.

I'm still using the standard chargecooler rad, i'm saving up for A2A which should get a bit more power out of it.
