Bought one of the new Road Angel camera detection devices yesterday - have to say, it's excellent.

Halfords had a 1 day sale where they were half price (normally £400 !) and I got one for a penny under £200. It really does work - I get beeped and an audible voice warning when I approach a camera (and believe me, I went past EVERY camera I know of last night) and it never failed once. Did you know there are 8 different types of speed camera detection device ? I didn't and this picks them ALL up. Can adjust every single setting so it can warn of cameras up to 1 kilometre away ! Supplied with a USB cable to you can download all updates from the suppliers website and can store any locations that you want / need to. Brings up traffic and accident blackspots too, and congestion charging zones.

Well impressed - especially for £200 notes !! Cost more than that in fines and insurance increases if you get points.

Like I said for £200 sheets, it's not worth arguing against !!! Even £400 is worth considering, how much is your licence worth ????? Try them, you never know........!!

Make sure you get the NEW one - the rugby ball shaped one.

 

i got the older road angel & that still works a treat just doesnt detect laser guns but i swapped it for an old gearbox so cost me £30
