First todo is to replace the clutch which is slipping like a bitch with the car running 15psi, even at about 10 it starts slipping so im going to replace the clutch and then alter the boost so its about 12psi.

Looks a proper nice one! Cant see why some would give up that rst for a cossie rep.
Is there a problem with the door frames, cant really see it the pics?
What plans you got for it?

why an RST is fine at 15psi, my old one (which my dad now owns) was modded in 1995 by turbosystems and runs 17 psi peak and is still going strong today, 14 years later!

My thinking behind this was just so it runs nice and smooth, i obviously need the clutch fitting first and then il decide exactly what boost to run.

The body rust wise seems quite good, its been waxoiled etc.

it will run fine on 15/16 as long as it's set up properly, just get it to a specialist and get it checked over, piece of mind is a good thing!

To clarify a few questions, that oil isnt from my car no lol.

The car is also really good for lack of rust, theres a little bit on the bolt that goes all the way under from the drivers seat which il have sorted out - other than that its really good. Its been looked after well, waxoiled for fun etc.

Il get some better pictures up when the car isnt dirty either! Those pics where taken in really bad daylight and after the car being driven from the isle of wight to cheshire!
