What power are these cams good for

 

IIRC Thats their highest lift CVH cam so I'm guessing 250bhp+?
Had one in mine when I first bought it but it was laggy compared to the Newmans i'm running now or even a stock cam.

iv got one in my frst there not the best but not bad aswel if i was u id save for te newman last longer better mid range

it'll be a paper weight in no time, that said it did give a huge amount more pull than a kent cvh35, ford erst and 2i cams.
it is the highest lift cam they have off the shelf 14psi plus of boost needed to get them working properly, so 200bhp+ to get the best out of them.

 

Tell me about it, nothing till 3500rpm then 21 psi.......

Thats what it was like when I got it!

Peaks at 21 and holds 18................ it's a hoot on track!!!!

Standard intercooler, standard turbo on it's original 88K engine!

Well over 300hp

 

I am currently running 267bhp with piper 285t2 and it is not SO laggy in my opinion. Full boost @ 3000rpm

 

haven't you heard!! you need some kind of magic to make over 300hp on a cvh lol
