It is an Escort Cosworth
T28 car converted to weber management.
I think the crank sensor does just the spark? Well i'd say if you have spark you should have injectors... Does the fuel pump prime?

Injectors are fed from the same relay as the ecu, idle valve and boost valve.
See: http://www.siipicossu.com/manuaaleja/engine2.jpg
Could be fuse 3 or fuse 25.
Also see: http://www.siipicossu.com/manuaaleja/engine1.jpg
Inertia switch only blocks the fuel pump as you can see above.
I assume you used a wiring loom from an Escort Cosworth.
If not, please specify which wiring loom is used.

4x4 loom is basically the same as the Escort loom
http://www.siipicossu.com/manuaaleja...ediagramL8.pdf
Main relay has two outputs: 87 and 87a.
Perhaps one of these does not make contact.

Have you checked all the fuses/relays lad?
If the loom is good, it has to be something like that? Also are the crank and phase sensors gapped correctly? Something silly to check - you haven't plugged the Crank sensor into the knock sensor connector on the loom by mistake?

Should effect +VE to the injectors, but they will have no -VE pulse to open them without the CPS, so yes essentially they end up with no power, as to have power requires both +VE and -VE
On some ECU's it will be the other way around and they will have -VE but not +VE pulse, depends on if they are + or - switched in the first place, but either way they wont ever operate.

when u try starting it the needle goes past 7000rpm!
do u no the gapping for the phase sensor?
On cossies the injectors are pulsed negatively by the ecu when in receipt of power and good crank signal, phase is only used when starting, if out of phase it will over fuel massively.
