it's probably the little black box on the metering head is broken or needs adjusting to richen fuel on boost or could be the tps is not reading wot which also is a trigger for fuel to increase on boost

As above, EMFPA, TPS, or Fuelling ECU, the Amal valve has nothing to do with your on boost fuelling, or any fuelling for that matter!

TPS can't be the problem. The TPS has only two ways, Idle or no idle

So can't be a problem starting @ 3500 rpm or am i wrong?

No, according to the stuff i have read today the throttle position sensor has three settings, closed-open-wot.

The car (if bosch KE) will richen the mixture etcetc on WOT so this may be s possible problem... any one know of a good 5th injector kit?

Right been back to the rollin road and tried changing the ecu, fuel computer and tps but nothing helped,we took the air box off and the mixure changed a bit but still not enough so could it just be that the metering unit is knackered?

I should think your metering unit is fine tbh mate, if the empr (or what ever its called)... the black box with a 2pin connector on the side of the fuel distributor is unplugged or has no signal etcetc, the metering unit will go to its 'base' mechanical 'map' (not strictly true but good for explaining), this base map is set up for a warm engine not on boost.

Ie if there is an issue with that part your car will not fuel correctly on boost and normally be a pain to start from cold.

There are numerous tests you can do to test this and all other sensors.

I'd check fuel relays too just to be safe, bought an S2 once that had a 3i fuel pump relay, would run lean on boost as well.
