Engine rattle at 2000rpm

as above my s2 has developed a engine rattle at 2000 rpm, once it goes more than 2000rpm its goes. any ideas, i have checked my heatshield etc

this may be that you actuator is too loose and is vibrating or that the pin in the actuator is doing likewise

i had an internal engine rattle about that rpm. Turned out to be an oil pressure issue when it knocked a big end out on my way home from blackpool!
