Default 'COSSIE RICH SPEC GT30' - GT3071 - 4" inlet - .82 backend - internal gate - 450bhp

GT3071 for sale.

Same spec as cossie rich's that made 453 on a set of DD rollers recently on a standard YB head with a BD14 inlet

Comes complete with:
Surge ported inlet housing
V band adaptor outlet
V band itself
The V band portion you need to weld onto your existing downpipe (3" needed)
Actuator (needs bracket sorting for how you orientate it, so you will need to do that)

£900 with fittings

i bought this from chip about 6 months ago but never used it. so its still brand new.

These are 1430 dollars in the states for a bare turbo currently from ATP
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=BCS

Thats without the surge ported front housing, without the actuator and without the v aband adaptor outlet or fittings, that lot pushes it up to well over 1600 dollars, and then you have to get it here!

Brand new, genuine garrett

you need to cut about 15mm of the end of your exhaust (where it joins the turbo) and weld the v band adaptor so you use a v band to fasten the exhaust to turbo. not the 3 bolts
but when i've been looking it might fasten up without cutting the exhaust as the exhaust is a simlar shape to the v band anyway. (i may be wrong)

ah i get it now. Basically you have to change th flange on the exhaust pipe to fit the GT series. Do they not do 3bolt housings?

yeah thats right.
i've seen a 4 bolt housing but not a 3. i'm sure someone must sell one so you don't need to change the flange.

The size cannot be compared across turbos, it is the aspect ratio between the turbine wheel and the turbine housing.

Not surprised it sold so quick at that price, they are about 100 quid more than that from me now thanks to the weak pound sadly!
