Default cossie 4x4, which fuel pump???

hey everyone, this is a follow on/up from my earlier thread...

https://passionford.com/forum/ford-s...ease-help.html

now i've got as far as putting a live feed direct to the fuel pump and the bugger just won't pump, move, hum, sing a song or get a round in...

now my question is what ford (or other) fuel pump will work with a standard bhp 4x4 cossie???

is there a good aftermarket replacement, that won't stretch my bank???

or do i have to bite the bullet and buy (and pay the cossie tax) on a genuine ford cosworth 4x4 fuel pump???

cheers in advance of helpfull replies...
