Yep. I did drain oil and did change sump plug gasket. Genuine ford item. Now it still leaks.
What i do?
What i do?
Torque setting for plug should be between 21 to 28 Nm. I do mine 25Nm
If it still leaks then it could be the sump pan itself.

As above any motorfactors/halfords do them. They always seems to weep after a while though, i've got a new sump, change the copper washer every oil change and still find it weeps again after a period of time.

I bought new sump plug from Ford today. I put new plug and copper washer and still leaking.
Then i tried new plug with that plastic washer and that leaks even more. Then i have coolant leak also, when car cools down at the garage i found some coolant under the car. I spotted it directly under crankshaft pulley, can new QH waterpump leak?
Engine has done only 300miles after proper and expensive rebuilt.

You sure its leaking from the actual sump nut? It's the low point of the sump and given that these sumps almost always leak, are you sure the leak isn't higher up, but collecting around the sump nut?
If its still leaks after the new plug and washer u could always as a last resort get a nut welded on as its prob the threads on the sump that r are fooked. just make sure the nut is the same thread obviously.
Should be sealed after that and its cheaper than a new sump.

2. I lifted car way up and look after filling oil and i know exactly where oil is coming from. I can see 2-3 min after pouring oils to engine how its start to leak. I can took video if you want
3. I put it 25nm with special tool (new plug & seal ring) leaks badly.
4. Then i put copper washer and turned it pretty tight i say something like 70nm and it holds almost =)
