just a quick question i order my very first order from clean your car on april 7th and registered with them and i have just checked my emails and they have sent me a email saying my account has been deactivated . Has anyone else came across this problem before as this is the first time ive used this website and just want my cleaning products to arrive

I use them all the time and have never had any problems. Service is top notch.

 

As above mate, give Tim a call and he will sort it out for you and get it all sorted.

 

Can only echo the above really - this will have been a genuine mistake or technical glitch. Tim's a top lad and one of our (Detailing World) top traders. He'll sort out any problem ASAP, and will probably throw in some sort of little freebie as a compensation.

 

Same here, 10/10 i would give them for service, used a good few times now.

Just ring them up, they will sort everything out im sure, seem very friendly when i rang up for advice

Yeah, always great service, even when something has went wrong with any deliveries Only thing i would say is phone them, dont email. Unless your not in a hurry

 

All sorted out he had trouble with supply of one of my products but it has all arrived and ill use it as soon as i get a chance
