Im new to RS turbos so hi everyone. Im just wondering if currenly the market is down? I have only seen one series 2 turbo reach 2k! the rest seem to be in the hundreds. I thought they would be worth a fortune?

A good clean RS with history, receipts, etc.. will make 2G but there are plenty of dogs out there, or unfinished projects that will go for pennies.

 

I agree if the rs is well looked after they are worth a bit

 

some rst are cheap for a reason. uaually bodged rotten or raged and neglected.over the years i have seen many mint looking car bought cheap then scrapped/stripped for partsat a later date.
dont get caught out by a car listed as 200bhp mint car 4 sale for £1500.it will be cheap for a reason

 

You get what you pay for.

new bottom end will sort that, only a few quid to spend and a day to change over.
i'm selling my cab turbo and i've noticed the market on a real slow down, last year i'd have gotten around 1200-1400 easy, not i'm well down on that figure.
