I've also heard the EFI inlet manifold doesnt flow as well as the MFI inlet manifold, but at the end of the day it just means you have to run your turbo harder to make the same power and have a very good IC to keep your charge temps down.

efi inlet can pass 300bhp all day long pice of cake. about 350 on the dyno it starts to choke.just look at rudeys old zetec

Don't know about massive bhp but mine made 245bhp/230ft pounds at 1.5bar on an efi inlet, what power are you hoping for??

 

would like 280bhp upwards mate and 2,5bar if possible

 

Cool....that's the region i want mine in when i do the next build so i can't really help much before then lol! Tbh from what i can tell i don't think it'll hold you back that much using an efi inlet, others have done it so up to you or your tuner?! I used it cos it was easy when i converted to efi (omex) to be honest.

 

i will let you know what mines makes when i get it running lol!
