Mondeo st200 door locking problem!!

Default Mondeo st200 door locking problem!!

As above realy,
I have a mondeo st200 and went to lock it today and all the doors locked apart from the drivers door which then causes all the other doors to open up again. it has a clifford concept 600 alarm btw. i can still lock the doors manually then arm the alarm its just a pain.
was think a door module or something
any help appreiated

the exact same happend on my st200 mate only it was the passenger rear door, it turned out to be a broken central locking wire in the door that was causing the problem!!!

sounds to me like the drivers door latch is at fault.hope ya get it fixed

count yourself lucky

all my doors decied to deadlock bar the fronts and all central locking went down, i had to change every single motor to get it working again, and now my back door has packed up again

right its the morm on mondeo,s you will have to stirp the door down as the motor that dose the locking in that door is shot you will need to get one from a tat yard and it has to be out of a mk2 mk1 are not the same in the 6 years i had my st200 i did n/s/f o/s/f r/o/s

I've had the same issue and replaced drivers door mechanism in my St24 about 12 mths ago.
Something odd is atarting to happen again though , all doors locking as you are driving along sometimes.

Mine does that all the time, not at any speed or anything just totally ramdonly!

I'd love to find out what it is, MK3 mondeo though, 2.0
