Hi there im in need of a pic of the dizzy because i dont know the order of the ht leads, i also need a pic of the coolant hoses from the bulkhead/heater to the header tank etc. i cant work out wot hoses goes where because ive got a s1 but not using a s1 water pump and it had a mix of s2 hoses on it when i got it.

this is on my s2, i dunno if its the same though mate sorry! try it and see

 

Water pump big -> rad
Water pump small -> behind engine via Y-piece to the bulkhead and the inlet manifold
Bulkhead˛ -> thermostate housing small
Thermostate housing big -> rad
Thermostate housing very small -> header tank
rad small -> header tank

MK4 setup is the same, just that there's no small connector on the water pump, it goes from the bigger hose to the y-connector behind the engine...
