well thats buggered it!!!!!!!!
just took ages cutting my 2wd fuel pipe from thefeul rail to the metal pipe from under the car (pipe had already been cut by previous owner half way down and fitted normal pipe!)as i am switching my 2wd inlet plenum over to a 4x4 one!got the job lot plenum, fuel rail, regulator and o.e fuel pipes!but how ever the 4x4 pipes from the rail are not wide enough to fit over my metal pipes from under the car

now i am stuck!the only option i can think off is cutting the o.e pipes from the fuel rail, fitted normal fuel pipe!and driving ot very slowly up to either karl or tony to get it set up and the map adjusted and get him to fit aeroquip pipes?

what connectors to they use tho?as jubilee clips are no good !those fuel pipes where a bastard to get off!ended up taking the hack saw to them

Do you know if the o.e 2wd pipes will fit on to a 4x4 fuel rail/regulator?if i can get hold of a set?

no idea if they fit..
you can get aeroquip fittings which are based on a jubilee clip, but its a pikey way of doing it tbh....
it isnt hard to do mate, you can get fittings which fit the fuel filter, run the hose up the the rail, which will need an- fittings braized onto it.
or you can go all out like i did, and get a billet fuel rail with aeroquip fittings, and an aeroquip fitment fuel reg, then run aeroquip lines up and back, using all aeroquip lines and fittings on the fuel pump, filter etc

The pipe work is easy Doug but you will get a bit stuck @ the reg end... I have seen a fitting welded on the oe reg before and i was going to do this but ended up buying a Aeromotive fuel reg http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...%3AIT&viewitem=
