Default Having Run Scoobynet for a while now. I see that

The insurance forum they have is actually quite popular. makes sense i suppose since its something we all have, yet all hate to pay for.

Now, we don't have one, so the poll is simple. Shall i start one? This would enable you to have all insurance related topics in one place and make it easier for our sponsors to find and answer your questions.

Currently we have Greenlight on board with us offering discounts, and i am in talks with one or two other well known Insurers so the level of professional advice for the forum is already in place and potentially growing should you all be interested.

Ive never understood the need for it, or any other insurance based questions!
Its such a personal subject with so many variables that are specific to only you. EG, what is cheapest for one person can be most expensive for another, so asking for recommendations seems a waste of time really

Can only help really....

Off topic but a sales feedback system would be good as well, like they have over on Mig. Been mentioned before but looks to work well.

its a good idea aslong as its not gonna be a "sales" type thing, as in you get a real answer and not the avoiding answer or ignored unless it makes a sale

greenlight STILL aint confirmed if your insured 3rd party on the ring or not,,, and that was 3 years ago alex asked it

thing that kills forums for me is when its ran as a catalyst for drumming up business which to be fair stu you AINT done it for that reason which is something ive always respected from the start

Good idea IMO. While we are on the subject, any chance of a for sale forum for ST parts, what with the growing number of ST fords on the roads and within the passionford community these days?

I didn't know you ran Scoobynet Stu!

I think it's a good idea, I've worked in Insurance for over 8 years now and some of the advice that people give on here is 100% positively dangerous and totally wrong!!

If you quote 'Passionford' as a club to the likes of Greenlight and other you will already get a discount on your policy mate!
