After reading so many negative posts about various traders i thought id post my dealings with Piper Cams, just to show there are still some spot on companys in business.

Three weeks ago I ordered a set of Focus RS valve springs and retainers from Piper, as i thought these would suit my Zetec turbo build, well I foooked up and the retainers where the wrong ones, one phone call latter, Garry at Piper said to send them back with an orignal spring, valve and retainer and he would sort out which ones I needed.

Took me two weeks to send them

The day after I sent them back I recived a phone call from Piper saying they had sorted the problem and they were now being put back in the post, all for no extra charge.

I had some great service from DMS as well last week.

Engine warning light kep coming on. Porsche main Dealer kept telling me it was either the map or the sports cats or non standard exhaust. Even gave me a report saying so...

so I called DMS and they said the main dealer I used are cnuts and always say stuff like this.... they had a bloke come up and look at the car the next day for me just in case though.. I am NOT in the LEAST bit local by the way!!!! they are in Southhampton!!!

Said the car is fine... it was a faulty Lamda sensor and they will fit it for free for me.

Well done DMS!!! not cheap for a remap, but VERY good and thats great aftersales service!!!
