The shunt actually worked to lewis's advantage today.

He was gonna have to pit anyway so massa messed up big time.

Big lewis fan but starting to question some of his decision making.

Only good thing is that massa is just as bad.

If ti was alonso or raikonnen bearing down his neck in the championship then id be really worried.

Heres a theory......

Knowing he had ruined his tyres, and effectivly ruined his race also, maybe that daft lunge down the inside of massa was in fact lewis hoping to punt massa off into retirement???? red mist descending???


Lewis isn't the hero up, on the pedestal, that people make him out to be. He made a childish error to ruin his tyres like that, and if you watched the slow-mo you could visibly see the damage he had done to them.

 

as ive said im a lewis and mclaren fan and yes i agree with both penalties and yes it was a bad move but branded it 'childish' is a bit over the top.

I have seen every other drive on that grid make mistakes and it happens in races.

hamilton has been pretty much error free this season until the last few races and has managed to lead the championship despite having a slower car than the ferrari

people jump on his back saying hes got it on a plate but thats just absolute nonsense the boy is a born world class racer you cant buy or create his talent with ££££'ssss

apart from messing up this race he has been oustanding

i just hope the cracks arent opening up again like last season

hes not perfect whos is ? (senna and scumacher certainly werent)

he is british and deserves our backing
