i don't think many insureers will cover water damage

flush it and say you lost it, what's the worst that could happen? you've have to call out dyno rod

try and excavat it to save some numbers and what's the worst that oculdhappen? you could die from some shit related illness

I done exactly the same on Saturday My Brand new Sony C90 I dried it on the radiator and its working now but the camera has packed up

 

you should have so much personal item's cover. mine's set at 2K. should cover the likes of phones camera's
