Default electronics help no blowers not a ford

hiya sorry its not ford related but a pain in the arse never the less

its an 2000 W reg isuzu rodeo based truck, crew cab pick up type thing, could be a isuzu tf might even be a bit of vauxhall bravo inside who knows lol

anyways no blowers, so i go under dash pasenger side find motor, find two wires going to it, switch on fans and no live going it

so i then move tot he switch, take dash apart find the plug to the switch, its got 6 wires on it, so i test for a live nothing atall, there is an earth there, so i think well ill try put a live down each one of the terminals to see if it puts the motor on and nothing, so i try eart down each terminal nothing

now this confused me as i thought puting a feed down the wore would put the motor on.

what do i do now? i havent tried putting a live to the motor to see if comes on but i expect its ok

a bit stuck and a bit cold in the mornings any help appreciated

First try a 12v live and earth direct onto motor to establish it is ok.
Next check the earth on the motor as this is most likely culprit, test the switch again for output as it is getting live supply, the earth at the switch is no doubt a earth for illumination bulb in switch.

There will be a resistor somewhere for speed control.

Ford fits within the heater assembly.

Something like this;
