Have any of you seen the news lately, Some people had got a jack russell dog and strapped a firework to its mouth, the dog was severely burned. There was also incidents over here(belfast) where a cat was thrown on to a Bonfire, and swans in our local park had there heads cut off.

Is it just me that honeslty cant understand why people do this to animals? I mean if you look at how upset Ima(phil) was about his dogs and how upset stu`s wife was about her horse To me it begs belief really how the "hard men/women" can cause cruelty like this.

And have you seen the ridiculously lenient punishment people get for abusing animals? Drivers get more for breaking the speed limit FFS! And no I'm not a Liberal vegan lesbian or something, I like my steak or pheasant like the next man, but animal cruelty makes me angry

 

Yeah, its like that video of someone sticking a strip of sellotape to a cats back. I mean, jeeeeez, poor little cat. Scarred for life I should think.

 

It makes me so sad and so FUCKING ANGRY and sick all at the same time. I ain't afraid to say that sometimes I read these AWFUL things in the papers and I just want to cry for them (the animals) - that story a while back when that tiny Labrador pup was put down after it was used as a football by park yobs cos it ended up severly brain damaged - I had a lump in my throat I'll tell ya. Not ashamed of it at all.....

I would love to do the same to these C.UNTS that they do to these poor defencless animals And I think the punishment should be FAR harder than it is - to me acts like these are on a par with rape and child abuse : in all cases the victim is someone/thing what is completely at the mercy of the offender, can do nothing about it, and in the animals case, cannot even cry for help

had a incednt where a vendor of one the house we r trying to sell found her cat with its eye hanging out and sever damage to its skull some pikey kids where continously smacking it with a hosepipe end so hard it split the fittment in half

the cat had its eye removed today fortunatly it has survived but how traumitised will it be

 

 

The labrador pup thing actually did bring tears to my eyes when I read about it. There was a pic of the poor little thing with one of the vets just before it was put to sleep. It was awful imagining what the poor little thing had gone thru and reading the story about it.

The jack russel you mentioned with the fire wok incident was from where i live doncaster. She has made a full recovery at the RSPCA centre a mile from my house

Yeah I agree, the punishment is a joke. I have heard that the owners of the cat got retribution on the culprits with a little help from there friends which although will help the feelings for 5 minutes.

The problem is, say you seen this happening and gave the person a good beating and got caught ur the worst in the world. You get done under the law, unless that useless queen of ours steps in and gives you a pardon.

Alex - again I agree with you there - I think an awful lot of the problems with youth of today is a problem of the parents. Most seem to not give a fuck about their kids or what they are upto these days, don't dish out any sort of punishment or discipline their kids at all. Teachers can't do fuck all about it otherwise they'll end up in a lawsuit Even cops can't really do fuck all either or they get sued

all this i would punish them by doing this or that is very admirable, however there was a post on here a little while ago asking people if they would have stopped to help a woman who had been beaten and left unconscious at the side of the road and you could count the people on one hand who where willing to help her.

 

Ian, I would have stopped and have helped. I have done this before, gave a girl a who was completely wasted a lift home from my local. some chavs where trying to take advantage of her. This is the problem today though, people just try and take advantage of others.
