Default Miss fire

Hi everyone, My s1 rst has developed a miss fire over the last week,
it only happens when it's cold if i start the car up and let it run for aprox
5 min and then drive it, as soon as it comes on boost it starts missing like mad but once the car is warm she runs like a dream. there are no air leaks and the engine has just had a full re-build the only thing none standard is a Kent cvh 35 cam kit s/steel exhaust and a k&n air filter and the boost is set @ 9 psi.

has anybody had this problem before if so i will take any commnts as to what it could be as i have drawn a blank so far.

Thanks

Mark

Have you checked your plug gaps? It could be that there's too much fuel going in when its on choke causing the plugs to get slightly too wet.

I know the sensors can be a bit temperamental I had a similar problem with my S2 but it was the other way round. Once the car warmed up the engine wouldn't run properly due to the sensors altering the fueling. They're not that expensive new so it might be worth getting some new ones anyway.
