download and install Microsoft image resizer, then all you have to do is right click the image and select resize and the size you want... piece of piss

Tis a qulaity tool - been using it for a few years now and is one of the first things I install onto an XP computer! Should have been part of the native OS!!!!

yes I used to use the resizer powertool for xp, now I have vista there isnt a windows tool for it yet

If i'm doing loads I use a program, if I have one or 2 to do then I use paint, use the resiz/skew option and input a lower than 100% value....so put 50% in height and width and it'll come out 1/2 the size....save and hey presto

Also my camera saves files about 3mb a picture....open the pic on paint and save it without touching it it goes to like 10% of its disk size....worth a try.
