pulley cambelt tensionner fitting position

what is he correct fitting position for the cambelt pulley tensionner :

- you should turn it clockwise
or
- you should tunr it anti clockwise

I look after a good pictures of the pulley tensionner with cambelt fitted to see how the nut is fitted

but can not find one

As said otherwise it can rub on the top of the stat housing on some.

nut is fitted with washer and the smoother side of the nut against the washer,this is the only thing i can think you are asking with regards to the fitment of the nut?
