cam caps are 16nm from memory but i'm not 100% on that, i'm sure someone else will confirm

The ARP's are 81ft lbs for ARP moly assembly Lube
( or thread sealer) or torque to 105 ft lbs with 30 wt motor oil.

I always do my ARP stud/nuts to 130lbft, wait a minimum of two hours and retorque.
I lightly apply oil to the threads with my fingers, engine oil.

studs finger tight, then back them off 1/4 turn, dont do them up,

this is how they have probs breaking blocks imo

Block cracking is caused by people not cleaning out the holes that the studs go into, they contain old congealed oil, always clean these out and run a tap down them.
When I did mine I measured the depth of the holes, which were at least 4mm longer than the studs themselves, I just screw in finger tight, then a tweak with a grip on the stem of the stud, they have a shoulder at the bottom anyway to prevent them from going too far in, personally I don't beleive any block is cracked by the application of studs, more likely head trying to lift from too much pressure.
