still very very confused,please be clear what you are trying to accuse me off other than answering wanted adverts,so please show me your "one rule for one" accusation please . as far as the rules state anyone can answer a wanted advert unless YOU can show me otherwise

 

For fuck sake. So, you don't need to be a trader to trawl the wanted forum etc and canvas people with parts/services, but as an ex-trader you're not allowed to sell personal possessions?

It is unfair on all the traders that pay the fees

 

Not wanting to side with anyone, but as someone totally impartial in this little debate, I thought this was one of the exact reasons why traders were reluctant to re-new. Because non paying people were replying to wanted ads and PM'ing them offereing them parts, and potentially losing a paying trader a sale?

 

just like you used to do before you were finally made to pay the trade fee kettle calling the pot balck springs to mind
read the rules mate noithing there to say ANYONE cannot reply to any wanted adverts,I suspose i cant answer advice questions next

 

no mate the reason a lot of traders left was because of the part time bedrrom traders who paid nothing and got away with advertising items
replying to wanted adverts unfortunatly cannot be policed as all people do is PM people,
the wanted section id open to all even non gold members,so anyone can reply,so untill the rules are made different thats how it is
now if anyone has a problem with that or has a suitable idea to change the rules contact admin by all means

 

so while we are on about this i have my own garage so can i sell a car on here or sell a few parts on here or even brake a car of my own as thats what i payed the gold membership for

That would be a yes then, you can sell parts in the for sale section, just how much is such a grey area...........

 

last year i was stoped from selling things even in the non ford section as i was braking an a class merc

so if i put a wanted post up for passenger leather seat for my cos i may not get one as a trader is not able to respond to your post is that correct...

this question is being asked if no member on here has one

 

and just so you know pete i aint having a go at you cos i dont care what others do just want to know exactly what i can do

 

its not that mate i think pete has pissed christian off by putting things like in stock in his replys but i dont see the problem as most will know him and paul and know what they do any way

 

now if you cast your mind back you were asked to pay the trade fee or stop advertising as you run well well over your quoter,I tried to help you with this even pointing you in the right direction to set up a business account which was needed to become a trader on here,you obviously did neither,you run your own garage thats common knowlage you also deal in salvage again common knowlage so like myself you are not allowed to advertise,please feel free to advertise your personal car when you decide to sell or reply to wanted adverts that isnt a problem and never has been
