sorry to state the obvious here but if your keeping it N/A and not using throttle bodies or big carbs why on earth are you doing a zvh!??
better to use the whole zetec unit, cheaper as you dont have to mess around with blocking off oil ways for a start and you can use the original EFI setup which if its a high spec 1.8 will see you with just under 130php whereas i cant really see a cvh 8v head giving you anywhere near that. the only reason i can see why you would want to do a n/a zvh is that the manifolds for throttle bodies and carbs are easier to come by or you want to keep the engine looking kinda stadard but have a bottom end?

less work to do the full conversion mate. if the car was originall on carbs then yeah you have to put in a electric fuel pump and a tank with a swirl pot but as you have an xr3i its allready there.
wiring is a doddle for it. check out www.s2rs.co.uk and in the how to bits there is a section my mate put up on it

also depends if you are talking silvertop or blacktop zetec, the fuel rails and injectors are different on both.
