Default ERST exhaust housing upgrade..

Hi, just thought of something....

is it ok to bolt on a .48 exhaust housing onto a std RST T3 with its .32 housing? Is it simply a case of unbolting new one, splitting it and bolting up the new housing/onto manifold and would the exhaust flange bit (forget its name) bolt onto it np? or is their ANYTHING needed in swapping these parts over? bigger exhaust wheel or ought?

should be ok to just swap them over! but why? you would gain so muhc more from having the bigger compresser wheel!

bigger exhaust housings increase lag but give you more top end, but on a t3 you prob wouldnt notice the increase in lag
