Best way of fitting vernier pulleys on cossie

Engine in car and all together so obviously I don't want to start taking the rocker off etc....how easily can you do this??

you MUST take the rocker cover off to set the pulleys up!

I guess it depends if you want to just fit them, or set them up to optimise the timing..
