today me and my crew m8 got sacked due to a load of fucking LIES from a bloke that the HABITAT Store in BRIGHTON its been going on for about 3 1/2 weeks so was expeting some problems but we did'nt expect the sack it was his word agensted mine and my m8s and they TOOK HIS WORDS over are's and we have work there for 2 years

anyone know of any HEATH AND SAFTEY web sites and any other info that i can look up

thanks every one it was because we rang the store up to speak to this bloke and he was shitting his self as he had told the custormer wrong info and we (the delivery crew) had to put up with the flack off the custumer

Had the same thing when I worked as an Iceland Home Delivery Driver. Some prick drove the wrong way up a one way system at me and then complained to the head office that I was abusive. I then get fuckin suspended and get a written warning for gross misconduct. It's complete bullshit

OK WHOT THEY HAVE FIRED USE FOR IS ;
(Unaccptable behavour on duty on the 25th september ) they say @ the end of the letter that :
After careful consideration of all the information and taken into account that CUSTOMER SERVISE IS IN ARE MAIN PRIORITY , it was my decision to desmiss you with immediate effect for GROSS MISCONDUCT ,

So in other words me and my m8 had to take a 3 seater sofa in a box weight about 60 to 70kgs upto the 9th floor which was 18 fieghts of stairs(when we had been told it was 9 fieghts) with out have the any lifting gear and no training for taking any thing upstairs ect

Now in my eyes i think they are in for a shock and as for the bloke in brighton some thing will be done about him it might be 2 to 3 months down the line but well have his name so well will not let him get way with it
