right theres a bit of white gunky crap coming out of one of my oil breathers could this be a possible head gasket or any ideas what it could be?

It could be a possible head gasket failure. Look under your oil cap and see if there is "mayo" there aswell.

You can carry out a BLOCK TEST to see if there is water going into the cylinder chambers, and also a water test to see if there is a mixture of oil, fuel in the header tank.

Worth getting a person who has had this problem and fixed it to have a loo for you!

 

it sounds like it has gone mate its not a bad job to do if you know a little bit about an engine. if not it aint cheap to get done

 

nope theres no 'mayo' in the oil cap or any oil in the water but there that mayo crap in the oil breather filter, so could it just be from the time before as my head gasket went in like july last year? may just change it any way im changing my rocker cover seal to a rubber one so while its off.

 

Proberly condensation built up in the breather system, do u do a lot of short drives in it? take it for a long blast and see

 

yea i do quite alot of short drives as im young and go out quite abit, so how can i get rid of this just have a long drive?
