Take a look at this site it has a guide to turbo a zetec www.smartefi.com also try www.fiestaturbo.com. www.zetec-turbo.com.
with these guides you should be able to sorce the bits your self and get a machine shop to to the hard work and save your self a packet rather than letting some one do the hole thing for you. search ebay.com for zetec stuff pistons and h section rods are cheap as fuc* at the mo as the dollar is so weak against the pound my zetec turbo pistons cost me £200 and that included delivery from the usa. i also got a t4 turbo made in the usa (not a cheap jap hunk of shite) with 360 thrust bearing for £160 brand new.
the main things you need to do are change the pistons for forged ones standard pistons and a de comp plate waste of money and effort the pistons are too weak. if you dont want to make more than 250 bhp standard rods are fine but would recommend arp big end bolts. the breather needs blocking up at the front of the block and relocating to back. and a oil return needs to be put in the sump or the block for the turbo oil feed for turbo can be taken from the oil pressure light switch with a t piece. Loads of info on the net and this site have look about if you need any more help just ask
Phil.
