hi guys, would anyone be able to give me a rough idea on possible bhp for the following spec..
1.8zvh,
beige injectors,
195 chip,
t3 cosworth turbo,
fse fuel pressure regulator,
escos fuel pump,
pace intercooler,
piper cam and vernier pulley,
scorpion exhaust,
drilled airbox with panel filter

i would say abou 200 bhp

 

i suppose it depends on what psi your planning on running? you on ofab or ofac?

 

180-190 if the head is standard

 

heads been worked, not sure how do you tell the difference?

 

how can his be 180-190 i got the same spec but a 1.6 rs and i have print outs for 184bhp

 

ok then it will do 250 easy honest

 

look at the number by the side of the chip, that pretty much relates to how much bhp it'll be kicking out... get it live mapped and you'll max the injectors out at 230-240, but expect a bill for a new gearbox if you haven't got an uprated 1 already
