Whats needed part wise? manifolds, exhausts etc?

No not a striaght swap - i.e unbloting the t2 and bolting the t3 on...

few more parts needed and squeezing to be done

well worth it in the end

its one of my dads mates that he works with. Wants to go t3, but i think he's put off by the work and price now.
