the wife`s frst has abit of a smoke problem it`s worse after you`v been driving and pull up at a junction but it also does it when your driving not has bad but not all the time.i changed the valve stem seals last summer and turbo looks in pritty good condtion.were or what could be causing problem?

is there pressure in the head? mine started to do it when i stopped at junctions etc then got worse untill it just did it ticking over. turned out to be the oil rings

going to check staft on turbo tomorrow then get a comprestion test done it`s not sounding go though

Try cleaning all the breather pipes out might help but sounds like the seals in the turbo to me

check the oil return pipe hasn't collapsed inside, if so this will restrict the flow of oil back to the sump and backs up into the turbo causing the oil to burn through the exhaust!
