i have just installed an after market rev counter, its all powered up but cant get a good signal for the revs. It is currently connected to the negative wire from the coil pack. It doesnt seem to be reding correctly, revs are really low and dont build properly. The rev counter was used previously on another car and worked fine. its a mk3 1.1 1995 runaround thats needs a counter. cheers in advance.
