Dont know why or how but I hate being around folks, rather just keep myself to myself and get on with what I want to do.

Any reason why? or am I just fucked up?

 

example, christmas day it was my mums bright idea to have another BIG family dinner rather than just us 3, so 15 of us turn up at my aunties

Managed to get my dinner down me and slope off to the front room were the TV was on and the lights were out, 4 hours later I was awoken by my sister telling me it was time to go

Well chuffed I managed to not get involved with all the chit chat and bollocks that was going on in the other rooms

 

Family was just an example, I'm like that with everyone. I hadnt seen some of these family members for about 2-3 years but I'd still rather keep out the way.

Very annoying to see people having a laugh and enjoying themselves naturally without trying so to speak, I must be missing that gene from somewhere as I cant think of anything worse to be doing

 

Didnt read it all Stu as I'm sure I read it when you first posted it a while ago, I have dropped caffine for the last year and havent really noticed any difference although I'll stick with it as I dont notice not having it now so its no hardship.

this is a long term problem I've had since as long ago as I can remember so its definitely something serious, the only time I noticed any improvement was when I was on anti depressants last year but it was only a slight improvement and I gave them up as I didnt like being reliant on pills, sounds like its time to maybe give them another go.

 

Ahhhhh bugger, its my mums 50th in a month and she's organised a big party at a local venue, aint gonna go down well when I tell her I wont be going

 

not a bad plan that paddy, although I'm quite close to my mum and she's more than aware of my history of making excuses to get out of things so I dont think the sick note would wash with her!

Deffo going to the quacks though, really want to give the pills another go and stick with them this time
