Yes i think so.
Used to run a 3dr with 4x4 cooler, 803s on t3 20psi, with no problems.

as long as the intercooler is in good condition itl be fine. i know someone who ran 26 psi on one for 3 years and never had any probs.

This is not always the case there is an optimum inlet temperature, over cooling the inlet charge will make the ecu have to put the fuel in to match thus making it bad on fuel.

the cooler the charge the more fuel it needs
