hmm
what psi can a 195 superchip hold?
whats needed to get 200bhp at 15psi?
its making 151bhp (8psi) @ fly with only exhaust and filter
so with grs cooler, 7psi more, beige injectors and most likely uprated fuel pump......al that on top and will only see 25bhp?

You will likely see a dead engine with a 195 superchip and a T3 at 15psi. But then im sure ive told you that on another topic allready and just been ignored...

*Apologies if it wasnt you.

i think it was me, i didnt ignore you at all mate, i just thought, i want around 15psi and mines ofac so why not go for the 195 ofac superchip with beiges like most people would.
i know it may be the better option to bring the car to you and have a chip done for 250ish and then setup 140 (around that is it?)
but im not exactly after huge power, just around 200bhp so the simple option that most people would go for is the 195 superchip and beige injectors (Well on the efi engine anyway) and thats what most people would recomend for abit more power.

Mate i ASSURE you i am not touting for some work here, i have more than enough work to keep me fed and watered, i am just trying, maybe for the last time, to offer you some good, sound and friendly advice.
The 195 Superchip is mapped for a totally different Turbocharger Compressor and a totally different turbine and rear housing. The T2 is much smaller than the T3 in all respects, not to mention your bloody intercooler.
Allied to the fact your OFAC is speed density mapped, you have a system that absolutely must not have an engine VE change if it is expected to keep your fuelling correct. Put the T2 back on and your on a winner.

Its pioneers like bonus boy here, running at either 16:1 on boost, or 8:1 off it (depending on the fuel pressure he picks) that always end up with the interesting results

(by results, i mean of course "failures"
)

Mate seriosuly do listen to Stu, he knows a thing or two.
My old spec was:
701 injectors
4x4 Cossie intercooler
4x4 (.48) Cossie turbo
Filter/exhaust.
The chip was a custom one from MSD that he supplied for this kind of spec. It held 16psi and ran like a dream and was quick. Power was probably pushing 200ish?
As stated 195chip wil be for a T2 thats designed to boost up early and run out of puff late, which is NOT ideal for a T3.
Realistically imo you'd need a little more to get 200bhp but its been known before.
