Its a built in messinger thing on windows u can disable it pay no attentian and use a fire wall its basically a ad pop.

control panel>administrative tools>services>disable messenger

can't help with the clock tho

yeah its just spam mate, instead of email a lot use this method, just disable the messenger client as said, you wont use it anyway guaranteed.
