Default PASSED MY CBT TODAY!

just got back after doing my cbt all day

me and my sister passed first time on bikes so very chuffed

bit nervous at frst but got the hang of it and the instructor said we were both above average

even though my bike indcators didnt work on road test

tomorrow me and my sis are going to look at the new honda cbr 125 as we are going to go halfs ona bike and insurance

so next week i may have a bike and my cossie

dont know mate but consdering ive never rode a bike at all im very happy to say the least wether its impossible to fail or not

yeah im happy lol

also when riding couldnt believe the amount of cossies i saw round my area

lovely moonstone saf on black 6 spoke alloys look like voodos

and then there was a std white saf on a drive

and another white saf round the corner with what looked like a lotus carlton rep in silver and some funky thing under a cover with big wheels poss a mk1-mk2 escort but wanst paying much attention lol

Are you planning on progressing up the ranks with the direct access?

I've had a quick go on one of those cbr125's couldnt believe how light it was and managed to screem it to 75 i think lol!!

yes mate

once ive gotten used to the bike and roads etc and got more confident i will tae some 1 to 1 lessons around spring time next year and do my full test in the summer

i dont want to rush into my big test just yetas i want to practice and get used to bikes and surroundings etc

Yeah sounds like a good idea mate, and you can still have plenty of fun without needing 150bhp to pull your arms off!

Another brilliant bike is the aprilla rs250 i'm not sure if you could ride one of them on a cbt if it was restricted I dont think you can, I think you need the 33bhp test done for that.

Best of luck with your biking days mate, and dont skimp on your clothing and helmet etc.

only allowed upto a 125

i have a kr-1 here which i bought 5 years ago buts in a million pieces carnt be arsed to rebuild it

im sure the little cbr will be plenty quick enough for now, if i want some power i got the cossie

once i pass my main test ill be looking at the gsxr 600 as i love them bikes
