zvh 1.8 overheating on boost any ideas???

Default zvh 1.8 overheating on boost any ideas???

My rs turbo with zvh drives fine off boost but after a couple minutes hard driving on boost it overheats in a big way and blows all its water out. just recently had a new felpro head gasket and is running with a front mount cooler and alloy rad, you can drive all day off boost just overheating after or during hard driving i was thinking possibly a cracked head any ideas?? any help much appreciated, cheers matt

which head gasket is recommended, the car did this when i bought it so i replaced the bottom end as the engine got so hot it it sized the cam in the head and snaped the cam belt when i went to start it the next day,the oil pressure had dropped low i thought the whole problem was down to the oil pump been f**ked, i had the head repaired and skimmed before refitting

what did you have done to the head to repair it? the cams normally only sieze when the head is bent.
