Hi All...

This is the situation, any thoughts please...

Mondeo 2.5 V6 1997 model, engine has gas flowed heads. These heads have been swappped onto a Mondeo 2.5 V6 2001 model. The 01 model ran fine but is now suffering oil pressure problems ( the light keeps coming on) I am told it all looked the same ie gaskets and holes lined up...it must be the heads but it doen't make sense as everthing looked ok.

Anyone got an idea whats happening...are the heads the same???

Try a new oil pressure sender.

 

did ya measure the heads that have been put on ie to see if been skimed if so by how much
