tubular manifolds
ive found a lad to make a tubular manifold for me, says i could design it myself he says
so i'll just get a few pictures realy cos i cant draw
so lets see some pics of some either on your car or somebody elses, i liked the look of the one that was on 'soy's car & the ones that sit the turbo over the gear box
cheers again

wanted to do this myself as well. ive seen manifolds having equal length tubes, and some have unequal length tubes. on turbocharged engines, does it make much difference having equal length tubes? cheers
yes does locate in the same place, near as damm it
cant remember the cost as i got mine years ago and had a result with it
dont think they make them for non ava custermers now as there is a hell of alot of man hours involved in making one
see something of yours down at toms today

Engines been there a while - had to have liners fitted to the block as it cracked number 1 bore wall quite spectacularly.
I think i'm going to get an eBay 200sx ex. manifold and modify it.

tubular manifolds/exausts--read on-
you can loose a masive amount of power with the wrong sized tubes- and the wrong bends -hence the saying a tuned exhaust-bit like the idiots that stick an massive can on the back retaining a 35 mm exhaust system!!!!or the plank who puts a off cut of exhaust pipe over a towing eye to make people think hes got a 'v' engine or to impress other clowns!lol-
dont try to make your own system with an electricians /plumbers bending machine-your wasting your time really as a lot of development goes into tube work------ask janspeed/ashley etc

the guy thats doing it runs his own metal fabrication company & is kitted out with propper mandrels etc, he's also about 60 years old so i doubt he's taken it up last week, i'll show you's how i get on when it gets the go ahead
