Default tubular manifolds

ive found a lad to make a tubular manifold for me, says i could design it myself he says so i'll just get a few pictures realy cos i cant draw

so lets see some pics of some either on your car or somebody elses, i liked the look of the one that was on 'soy's car & the ones that sit the turbo over the gear box

cheers again

With regard to the AVA one - does it place the turbo in exactly the same position as a standard ERST cast manifold? And whats the cost on one of those?

I'm hoping its a new inlet manifold - they have been waiting for it to be fabricated. I think they are doing one similar to your old one.

Engines been there a while - had to have liners fitted to the block as it cracked number 1 bore wall quite spectacularly.

I think i'm going to get an eBay 200sx ex. manifold and modify it.

The first is that guys from APTs one and the second does not look like a good manifold at all! Check the angle on that T3 flange. Ouch.

tubular manifolds/exausts--read on-
you can loose a masive amount of power with the wrong sized tubes- and the wrong bends -hence the saying a tuned exhaust-bit like the idiots that stick an massive can on the back retaining a 35 mm exhaust system!!!!or the plank who puts a off cut of exhaust pipe over a towing eye to make people think hes got a 'v' engine or to impress other clowns!lol-
dont try to make your own system with an electricians /plumbers bending machine-your wasting your time really as a lot of development goes into tube work------ask janspeed/ashley etc
